Floral Design
Learn the basics of design, digitally. We will walk through the mechanics of small detail work, bouquets and arrangements of different sizes. You will feel confident in your floral design foundations and know you are designing something that will wow your clients.
Color Theory
Take your arrangements and designs from novice to noteworthy with learning color theory in flowers and styling. Learn how to create iconic and innovative color pairings that will make you stand out in the industry.
Pricing & Proposals
Let us fold back the mystery of pricing and proposals in the floral industry. Learn exactly how to price your services for profit and create proposals that reflect your worth. Learn from real contracts and price breakdowns to take the guesswork out of making money as a florist.
Networking
Learn tips and strategies on how to network and be your own PR agency when it comes to your local market knowing who you are and why they would choose to work with you! We will discuss editorial and styled shoots, preferred vendor lists, and industry groups- learn what is the best fit for you.
Social Media
Become the master of organic Social Media growth with expert advice, simplified strategies and ways to bloom your brand socially. From hashtag theory to easy engagement that works and the keys to cross promotion, get ready to watch your account take off.
Diversifying
Every business needs to make sure it has multiple revenue streams and is not dependent on just one way to make money. Diversity and adaptability is key, especially in the age of COVID. This chapter focuses on ways to ensure your brand will outlast any economic climate and flourish.

Your Welcome Box
Every Flourishing student will be sent a Welcome Box, filled with their 100+ page workbook, creative supplies, local gifts and a craft cocktail kit for our Virtual Happy Hour at the end of the course, valuing over $150!
Community Access
Every person involved in Flourishing and your fellow florist-in-training are your new community. From the private Facebook group to the Virtual Cocktail Hour, you are given the ability to connect and grow with the students and teachers from afar.
Online Tutorials & Slides
Learn virtually with Amber through video tutorials, interactive slides and professional insights into the floral industry. The course is designed to allow you to self-study at your pace and be beautifully paired with our workbook.
Teacher One-on-One’s
We will be offering office hours via zoom! You can schedule your time through the facebook group when the slots get posted and spend one-on-one time with Amber ($750 value) diving deeper into the course. You also get the opportunity to schedule a branding strategy session with Taylor ($500 value).
