Starting a floral business is an exhilarating venture filled with the promise of creativity & beauty, freedom & flexibility, BUT it can also be overwhelming.
In this 3-day, hands-on floral intensive workshop in Colorado Springs, you’ll get your hands dirty with some beautiful local blooms and unique seasonal flowers from local farmers and wholesalers. Whether designing arrangements for weddings, events, or everyday occasions, a deep understanding of floral design principles and elements is essential.

One-on-one mentorship gives you exactly that: my full attention on your designs, your business, and your questions. We'll refine your skills in real time, work through the decisions that feel too big to make alone, and build a plan that fits the floral business you're actually building, not someone else's version of it.

Amber has been in the floral industry for over 25 years and owned a retail flower shop and wedding/event studio over the last 14 years. Her experience gives her a broad range of knowledge in helping others. Her expertise has helped numerous florists increase revenue and improve their design skills.
In each coaching call, you will gain practical knowledge of how to run your own successful floral business.
This 1:1 workshop is the perfect way to jump start your wedding floral business.
I will spend the day with you teaching design techniques for three different projects: centerpieces, bouquets & personal flowers, and installation design of your choice. We will use a color palette of your choice to match the feel of your brand and choose unique blooms and textures to set you a part!
As part of the workshop, you will receive access to the online course so you can refer back to what you learned ($697 Value) as well as BONUS information on styling, color theory, proposals/pricing, networking and diversifying. You will also receive a Swag Bag full of fun gifts and tools!
You will receive professional photographs for your portfolio and a new confidence in your design.

The Bouquet Workshop is a 4-hour in-person 1:1 floral workshop with Amber, owner and lead designer of Amber Mustain Floral Design. Amber has over 25 years of floral industry experience and has designed over 600 weddings in her career.
In this personal session, you receive one-to-one training and mentoring as you learn how to design two different styles of bridal bouquets. We will be using two different color palettes and unique textures and flowers.
As a BONUS you will receive a Swag Bag and access to the Design Bundle online ($249 value) It includes tutorials on bouquets, centerpieces, and personal flowers.
You will also receive professional portfolio images and a new confidence in design.
